If you want a good nights rest here are some things that may help.....
Make sure your room is dark
You want your room to be reasonably cool....you want to find that your blankets are your only heat sorce..(it regulates your body tempature)
Close all doors and windows to make sure that no one will come in and disturb you.
Ware clothes that are comfrtble
Spray your faveorite perfume or colonge to relax your body
TIP: don't go to sleep immediatly after eating, doing home work or takeing a bath...These thing may keep you up and give you a bad start in the morning.....
